What if I don’t like it?

Its important that we do a vibe check and discuss all the details so that you are confident in your decision to sign up. Bring up all your questions or uncertainties that way its a “fuck yes lets do this”. Because when your sign up it is a 3 month commitment for both programs (1:1 and 1:1 PLUS).
What equipment do I need?

Your program will be designed around what you have at home, or if you plan to workout in a gym.
What if I get a injury?

GG is really good at programming around injuries. Because this is your 1:1 program, it will be adjusted around your life and the unexpected incidents that arise. If the injury or illness is serious, we can put the program on hold until you are feeling better to continue.
Why a 3 month commitment?

It takes 3 months to build habits and to truly see results. GG helps you come up with a goal and she wants to see you achieve that goal. This requires 3 months for the body to get strong and achieve a goal.
