I’m GG, a wellness coach for women who are ready to heal their relationship with their body and build strength that lasts.

I’ve been coaching in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and a few years ago I began my own recovery after realizing I had been struggling with eating disorders for most of my life.

Now, I create spaces free from diet culture where women can build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through strength training and yoga.

I’ve always loved working out and lifting weights, but for a long time my relationship with it was shaped by diet culture.

When I started healing my relationship with food and ED, I realized how little this was talked about in the fitness space, and how few coaches were creating spaces that weren’t focused on shrinking your body.

That’s why I do this work now: to create a different approach, where the goal is to get strong and take care of your body for life.

Through strength training, yoga, and guided sessions, you’ll build skills and understanding so you feel more comfortable and capable in your body—no matter your experience, ability, or size.

This is a judgment-free environment where all bodies are welcome. Everything is doable, so you can show up as you are and move in a way that works for you. GG helps you find a variation for a movement that works for your body and where you are at.

The focus here is on getting stronger and taking care of your body—not dieting or trying to change how you look.

A little bit more about me

I live on a farm in rural Manitoba, where life is a mix of coaching, working in the fields, and hanging out with my puppy and partner.

When I’m not working, I’m usually off on some kind of adventure—camping, heading out west to the mountains to snowboard, or traveling to a new country to explore, learn about other cultures, and meet people from around the world.

I’m on a beautiful journey of expanding my knowledge and practicing yoga both on the mat and in my everyday life.

Living an active life has shown me how important it is to take care of my body so I can do the things I love—and that’s exactly what I want for the women I coach: to feel strong, capable, to have peace, and able to live their lives fully.
