I’m a wellness coach specializing in strength training and yoga for busy women over 40, with nearly two decades of experience in the fitness world.

My approach is shaped not just by coaching, but by my own lived experience navigating eating disorders and learning to rebuild trust with my body.

I created this space because I didn’t see bodies or stories like mine represented in wellness.

My coaching is rooted in an anti-diet, body-neutral approach—because I believe all bodies deserve care without judgment or shame.
