I’m a wellness coach who specializes in strength training and yoga. My moto is fitness for life, not a size.
I help busy women build strength, confidence, consistency, and find inner peace — without diet culture or guilt.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need support — and that’s what the OC provides.

FAQs
Is it a video to follow along?

Yes and No. The program tells you exactly what to do and how to do it. Each workout includes multiple demo videos (1 min long) so you know exactly how to do it and you can go at your own pace. The yoga is a long video format for you to follow along with.
What if I miss a class?

No problem — all classes are recorded and saved in the library.
What if I don’t like it?

Cancel anytime. No questions asked.
What equipment to I need?

A couple sets of dumbbells, kettlebell, bands, a big ball, a box or step
Is the OC beginner friendly?

Yes. We are all at different stages in our journey. The OC is designed so you can pick variations and reps based that suite your body. Maybe you need less reps, maybe you need heavier weights. If your unsure or have questions ask in the group for guidance.
