Welcome to the Summer Movement Challenge—a dedicated 9-week container happening right inside The Online Crew (The OC) designed to balance your fitness with the beautiful, chaotic reality of a busy summer schedule.

Behind the scenes, we are completely reinventing and upgrading The Online Crew for the fall. Because a massive evolution is coming, this is the absolute last time we will ever run the Summer Movement Challenge.
By jumping into this final challenge container right now, you get to lock in our current membership price of just $50 every 4 weeks. You can cancel whenever you want, but as long as you stay a member, your price will never go up. When the new, premium version of The OC drops this fall, you’ll be grandfathered in at the absolute lowest price possible. If you leave or wait until fall, that price is gone forever.
Your Goal: Climb the Mountain (Your Way)
Inside our easy-to-use training app, you will be embarking on a virtual mountain climb. To make it to the summit by the end of the 9 weeks, your only goal is to log 3 movements a week.
How you get to the top is entirely up to you. Every single week, you will be given 7 different options to choose from, allowing you to seamlessly pivot based on your schedule, your location, and your energy:
🏋🏻♀️ Strength Training: Efficient, 30-minute workouts designed to fit into a busy day. They are easy to take on the go—toss your dumbbells in the camper or the trunk and stay strong on your camping trips or wherever your summer takes you.
🧘🏻♀️ Yoga & Mobility: Slow things down with a live Tuesday night class or dive into the on-demand Yoga Library for deep recovery.
🚣🏻 Outdoor Summer Activities: Your real-life summer adventures count! Whether you are swimming, hiking, paddling, running, or playing outside, log it in the app to count toward your weekly climb.
This isn't about rigid perfection; it’s about ultimate flexibility. You choose the 3 movements that fit your week so you can live your summer life and keep your strength up.
